CAMERA: Handheld front-facing smartphone UGC footage in vertical 9:16 format. The video MUST begin with the woman already holding the camera at arm’s length in selfie mode while standing in her kitchen and holding a protein shake bottle beside her face.
The entire video remains one continuous handheld selfie shot. The camera itself is never visible.
Keep subtle handheld shake, gently drifting composition, tiny rushed reframing, mild autofocus hunting when the bottle moves closer to the lens, slight exposure breathing from the bright kitchen window, occasional imperfect framing, and natural smartphone motion blur throughout.
The footage should feel genuinely handheld and spontaneous, like a real customer casually recommending a product at home.
No cinematic camera movement, no tripod stability, no professional commercial framing, and no camera angle changes.
LOOK: Authentic high-quality smartphone footage with realistic skin texture, natural daylight, slightly softened digital sharpness, neutral colors, believable smartphone dynamic range, mild exposure shifts, and natural motion blur.
The bright window in the background is slightly overexposed in a realistic smartphone-camera manner. Keep the image clean but imperfect.
The result should look like genuine TikTok or Instagram UGC rather than a polished studio advertisement.
STYLE: Casual short-form UGC product recommendation. Friendly, natural, spontaneous, and lightly enthusiastic.
The woman speaks directly to the camera as if she has recently discovered a protein shake she genuinely enjoys. She uses subtle expressions, natural pauses, small eyebrow movements, relaxed eye contact, and occasional brief glances at the bottle.
Do not use exaggerated influencer behavior, theatrical reactions, aggressive selling, or a professional commercial voice.
CHARACTER: A naturally attractive woman in her late 20s with dark brown hair pulled back into a simple low ponytail, brown eyes, minimal natural makeup, realistic skin texture, and a plain fitted black short-sleeve T-shirt.
She looks like an ordinary wellness-focused customer filming at home, not a fitness model, celebrity, professional actress, or commercial presenter.
Preserve her exact facial identity, hairstyle, clothing, skin tone, body proportions, and overall appearance throughout the entire video.
PRODUCT: One premium ready-to-drink plant-based peanut butter protein shake.
The product comes in a compact matte burnt-orange plastic bottle with rounded shoulders, a short cylindrical neck, a matching burnt-orange screw cap, and a tall ergonomic silhouette.
The front of the bottle features bold black product typography, a simple plant-based protein message, an “18g protein” callout, and a smooth peanut butter swirl illustration near the lower half.
The product should look premium, modern, realistic, and suitable for a health and wellness brand.
The video must contain only one bottle. Keep its shape, proportions, cap, burnt-orange color, packaging layout, material, and overall appearance physically consistent throughout the entire video.
The bottle remains upright with the front facing the camera. Her fingers hold the sides and lower section naturally without covering the main product design.
SETTING: A bright modern residential kitchen during daytime.
The kitchen has white upper cabinets, light neutral countertops, a large window behind the woman, and a few subtle everyday kitchen objects in the background.
Natural daylight fills the space. The kitchen feels clean and lived-in rather than staged for a commercial. No other people are present.
SCENE — 15 SECONDS
0–3 SECONDS:
The video begins with the woman already standing in the kitchen and looking directly into the front-facing phone camera.
She holds the burnt-orange protein shake bottle upright beside her face at shoulder height. The bottle is clearly visible without covering her face.
She smiles naturally, raises her eyebrows slightly, and immediately says:
“I finally found…”
Her delivery feels friendly and slightly excited, as if she is sharing a genuinely useful discovery.
No silent introduction and no unnecessary movement.
3–7 SECONDS:
While continuing to speak, she smoothly brings the bottle closer to the phone camera, making it the main visual focus.
The smartphone autofocus subtly shifts toward the bottle.
Keep the bottle upright with the front consistently facing the viewer. She briefly looks at the product and then returns her eyes to the camera.
She continues:
“…a protein shake that actually tastes good.”
Her expression communicates pleasant surprise. Keep the hand movement simple, smooth, and physically believable.
7–11 SECONDS:
She keeps the bottle close to the camera and makes one small natural wrist adjustment to show its front more clearly.
The bottle moves gently with her hand but remains stable, physically consistent, and easy to recognize.
She gives a small approving nod and says:
“It’s plant-based, has eighteen grams of protein…”
Maintain accurate lip synchronization, relaxed posture, subtle facial animation, and direct eye contact.
Do not introduce any new actions.
11–15 SECONDS:
She moves the bottle slightly back beside her face so both her face and the product are clearly visible.
She smiles with a relaxed and genuinely approving expression and finishes:
“…and the peanut butter flavor is honestly so good.”
On the final words, she subtly moves the bottle toward the camera again to emphasize it.
End with her face and the product clearly visible. Hold the final composition naturally for approximately half a second without creating an artificial freeze-frame.
VOICE: Natural young adult female voice with a friendly, clear, casual, and lightly enthusiastic delivery.
The dialogue begins immediately and fits naturally within the full 15 seconds.
Use accurate lip synchronization for every spoken word, natural breathing, subtle tonal variation, and brief comfortable pauses between phrases.
No exaggerated commercial voice, detached voiceover, robotic rhythm, or overly energetic sales delivery.
AUDIO: Clear front-facing smartphone-recorded dialogue with subtle kitchen room tone and faint natural household ambience.
No background music. No added sound effects. No cinematic sound design. No commercial audio treatment.
IMPORTANT: The entire video is exactly 15 seconds long.
Prioritize realistic pacing, natural performance, product consistency, and visual continuity over adding more actions.
Every action must happen sequentially and have enough time to render correctly. Do not compress the dialogue or make the woman speak unnaturally fast.
Keep the interaction simple: she holds the bottle beside her face, brings it closer to the camera, briefly looks at it, moves it back beside her face, and finishes speaking.
The bottle must remain physically consistent throughout the entire video. Maintain correct hands and fingers, a natural grip, realistic arm movement, stable facial identity, consistent lighting, and smooth temporal continuity.
No cuts. No editing. No montage. No B-roll. No time-lapse. No camera placement changes. No close-up insert shots. No new locations. No additional characters. No additional products. No additional dialogue. No sudden scene changes.
Avoid duplicated bottles, changing bottle shape, changing bottle color, warped or mirrored packaging, random label changes, fingers passing through the bottle, extra fingers, distorted hands, broken anatomy, facial identity changes, hairstyle changes, clothing changes, floating objects, aggressive product gestures, exaggerated reactions, beauty filters, excessive skin smoothing, cinematic background blur, subtitles, captions, UI elements, watermarks, or end cards.
The complete result must feel like one continuous authentic 15-second product recommendation casually recorded using a front-facing smartphone camera.
