Monthly credits expire when the next month's credits arrive. They do not roll over. A yearly plan grants the full year when you pay, and those credits last until the plan renews or ends. For credits that never expire, add a one-time pack.
One-time packs never expire while your account is open. They work on Free and on any paid plan.
Yes. Open Account, then Manage billing to change plan. An upgrade or downgrade may be prorated or wait until the next period. Stripe shows the effect before you confirm.
Yes. Commercial use is included on every plan, including Free. You still need to follow the law, third-party model terms, and other people's rights.
Each model charges a different number of credits. Image prices change with quality and resolution. Video prices change with resolution and length. Open the model pricing comparison for the credit cost, then confirm the amount on Generate before you run.
Free runs 1 generation at a time. Starter and Pro run up to 2, and Max runs up to 4. A new run waits until one of those finishes. One-time credits do not change this limit.
Checkout runs on Stripe. Major cards are accepted worldwide, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and UnionPay. Wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link appear when your device supports them. Local methods (Bancontact, EPS, Kakao Pay, Naver Pay, and others) show when Stripe can offer them for your location. Open More under the plans to browse typical methods by region. The methods you can use appear on the Stripe page before you confirm. CamArt never sees your full card number.
Prices are listed in US dollars. If tax applies, Stripe shows it on the checkout page before you pay. Your bank may add a conversion fee if your card bills in another currency. We do not add an undisclosed charge after you place an order.
If checkout is declined, you are not charged and no credits are added. Try another card, or check with your bank. If a subscription renewal fails, update the payment method in Account, then Manage billing. We may retry the charge. New subscription credits are added only after payment succeeds.

New credits usually arrive within a few seconds after payment succeeds. If they do not, refresh this page or open Account. If they are still missing after a few minutes, email contact@camart.ai with the approximate time of purchase.
Yes. Open Account, then Manage billing. You keep access until the current period ends. Canceling stops the next renewal; it does not by itself refund the current period. If billing controls are unavailable, email contact@camart.ai.
Canceling stops future charges. It does not refund the current period. One-time packs are not refunded after credits are delivered. A finished generation is not refunded because the look was not what you hoped. Failed generations return credits automatically. Mandatory consumer rights still apply. See the Refund Policy.
Credits come back automatically. You are not charged credits for work that did not complete.
Payments run on Stripe. CamArt does not store your full card number. Generations are private by default. CamArt does not use your content to train its own models. Generation and safety checks use third-party providers under their own terms. See the Privacy Policy.
Email contact@camart.ai. Include the time of purchase and any invoice ID from Manage billing. For a duplicate or unauthorized charge, write promptly. You also keep the rights available through your bank or card issuer.
